A Good Faith Medical Evaluation (GFE) must be completed prior to treatment by a licensed physician (MD/DO) or physician assistant (PA) acting under a supervising physician.
The Medical Director maintains ongoing supervisory responsibility for all medical services, including protocol development, delegation, chart review, and availability for consultation via telecommunication during all procedures.
